Instead of a business plan, he started with a belief.

For more than 50 years, the Jusczak name has stood for something simple: work hard, treat people right, and do what you say you’re going to do.

    Humble Beginnings

Frank Jusczak grew up working on the family farm, where hard work wasn’t a philosophy. It was simply how life was done.

He learned to show up, take responsibility, help the people around him, and finish the job. Those lessons followed him onto the road when he and his brothers entered the trucking business.

    A Company is Born

In 1974, Frank founded Frank Jusczak Trucking, a small business with high standards.

Frank drove endless hours. His wife, Barb, handled dispatch and the countless details that kept the operation running. Together, they built more than a trucking company. They built a reputation for reliability.

    Your Name is Your Bond

Frank understood that in a family business, your name is on everything. It was on the truck. It was on the invoice. It was in the handshake. And it was in every promise made to a customer, driver, or business partner.

He believed in doing things right, even when nobody was watching. He treated people with respect, kept his word, and led with a quiet faith that shaped the way he lived and worked.

Those weren’t business strategies. They were simply his values.

And they became the foundation of Jusczak Companies.

    The Business Becomes A Legacy

When Frank passed away in 2011, his family faced the challenge every generation of a family business eventually faces: how do you carry something forward without losing what made it special?

His son, Denny, stepped into leadership and continued building the company around the principles his father established. The business grew, its capabilities expanded, and what began as a trucking operation developed into a broader group of transportation, logistics, repair, and related businesses.

Today, the third generation is helping lead the company into its next chapter. The trucks have changed. The technology has changed.

    The standard hasn’t.

    Family-Owned. Faith-Driven.

Today, Jusczak Companies is bigger than ever, but the principles that built it define who we are. We believe hard work deserves respect. We believe your word matters. We believe relationships are built one interaction at a time. And we believe our faith should guide how we work, how we treat people, and how we lead.

That’s the legacy we’re carrying forward, along with the responsibility to honor what came before us, serve others well, and leave the company stronger for the next generation.
